Netflix has been known to do a lot of 13 episode seasons of 1 hour drama TV and you will regularly see the comment “that season had 3 episodes too many” it’s a problem for Netflix and it’s a problem for viewers who then are given another 3 episodes for a show that they don’t necessarily need.
